Experience in Land Clearing for minimum 5 years is required. Degree in Construction Management is preferred but not required. Project Managers will be responsible for directing projects from start to finish and maintaining communication with higher management to ensure schedule alignment and overall satisfaction. Project Managers are also expected to manage their teams and resolve any conflicts within the team, subcontractors or customers on the jobsite. 

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Land Clearing, grading or a related position are required. Specifically we are looking for operators for: Excavators, Bulldozers, Skid Steers, and Front Loaders. Operators are expected to have knowledge on Land Clearing, grading or a related field. Operators should have a understanding of safety procedures, willingness to learn and grow and a positive attitude on the job site. Operators are responsible for conducting regular inspections on equipment before use and operating equipment in a respectful manner. Operators are expected to have a reliable means of transportation and ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.  

Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a diesel mechanic, heavy equipment mechanic, or a related field is required. Experience/knowledge in welding is a plus. Mechanic's are responsible for performing routine maintenance, diagnosing mechanical issues and executing repairs on all equipment. Mechanics are required to have a reliable means of transportation to travel to jobsites and acquire parts as needed for equipment. Mechanics are also required to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and complete tasks in different environment conditions on job sites and at equipment yard. Mechanics are expected to maintain communication with upper management to ensure schedule alignment and overall satisfaction.

Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a truck driver in hauling heavy equipment or hauling debris are required. Experience in operating heavy equipment is preferred but not required. Truck drivers are required to have a valid CDL Class A Driver's License and passed their DOT Medical Exam. Drivers are responsible to have knowledge on how to safely and properly secure loads and operate trucks and trailers. Drivers are responsible for conducting regular inspections on trucks and trailers before use and operating in a respectful manner. Drivers must have basic mobility and willingness to work in different weather conditions. Drivers must have willingness to perform basic tasks such as loading/unloading equipment and materials, assisting with equipment/vehicle maintenance and other necessary tasks. Drivers are required to have knowledge on and  follow all DOT regulations. Drivers are required to keep track of tickets and maintain communication with project managers to ensure schedule alignment and overall satisfaction. Drivers should also be willing to work overtime.
